Easy Airlaw is a digital service. We do not ship physical goods. There is no courier, collection point, or postal fee.
Subject to Paystack confirming the charge, we process the order immediately. Pro is delivered by unlocking unlimited questions on the signed-in account that started checkout. Confirmation is the restored product access, not a tracking number.
Delivery is to the Easy Airlaw account you used at checkout, on easyairlaw.co.za and in the Android app signed into the same account.
If Pro does not appear within 15 minutes of a successful Paystack charge, email support@easyairlaw.co.za with the receipt. We restore access or refund under the refund policy.
The offering is a South African digital service billed in ZAR. There is no physical export.
