Easy Airlaw is an unofficial study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a publication of the South African Civil Aviation Authority. Answers are generated from reference material and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Always verify against the official sources before relying on anything for an examination, a flight, or a regulatory decision. Nothing here is legal advice.
Play Store purchases follow Google Play’s refund policy. Web purchases are refunded through Paystack. Email support@easyairlaw.co.za within 7 days of the first web charge for a full refund of that charge. The full text is the refund policy.
Pro is a digital service. Access is granted to your account as soon as Paystack confirms payment. There is no physical shipping. See the delivery policy.
The service is provided as-is, without warranty. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we discontinue a paid service entirely, we will refund any unused portion of a current subscription period.
To the extent permitted by South African law, our total liability arising from your use of Easy Airlaw is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any outcome of an examination, licence application, or flight operation.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or is used unlawfully. Where a paid subscription is closed without cause on our side, we will refund the unused portion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by in-app notice.
