Easy Airlaw is a digital study assistant for South African civil aviation reference material. Signed-in customers ask questions and receive cited answers from published SACAA sources (CARs, CATS, AIP, AIC, and forms). It is unofficial and is not legal advice. It is not affiliated with the South African Civil Aviation Authority.
We sell one paid product on the web: Easy Airlaw Pro, a monthly subscription. Pro removes the free-question cap for as long as the subscription stays active. The Android app sells the same Pro plan through Google Play.
There are no participating third-party businesses and no marketplace split. The customer pays Appsolute Solutions (Pty) Ltd. Easy Airlaw delivers the service to that customer.
Web Pro is billed monthly in South African Rand at the price shown at checkout (currently R114.99 including applicable tax). Android prices follow the Google Play listing. A limited number of free questions is included with every account before Pro is required.
This is a digital service. There is no physical shipping, courier, or postal delivery.
After Paystack confirms payment, Pro access is granted to the signed-in account that started checkout. Delivery is immediate: the paywall lifts on the next entitlement refresh, usually within a few seconds. We confirm by restoring access in the product, not by waybill.
If access does not appear within 15 minutes of a successful charge, email support@easyairlaw.co.za with the Paystack receipt. We restore access or refund.
There is nothing physical to return. Refunds apply to the subscription charge.
The full refund text is on the refund policy page.
We collect the minimum needed to run the account, conversations, billing state, and security logs. We do not sell personal information. Card numbers are not stored on this website. See the Privacy Policy. Personal information has the meaning in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
Web checkout accepts the methods Paystack enables for this merchant in South Africa, typically South African cards. Android checkout uses Google Play’s methods.
Card transactions on the website are acquired for Appsolute Solutions (Pty) Ltd via Paystack. Paystack is the payment gateway. Checkout uses TLS. Card details are entered on Paystack’s hosted page. Easy Airlaw never sees or stores full card numbers, CVV, or PIN. You can read Paystack’s security material at paystack.com.
Paystack collects the details it needs to process the charge (typically name, email, and card or other payment instrument). We store the Paystack customer and transaction identifiers against your Easy Airlaw account so we can grant Pro and handle refunds. We do not store card PAN or CVV.
